TÜRKSAT, which was created within the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Turkey, is the only satellite operator, providing all kind of satellite communication through its own satellites, as well as other satellites.

The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (Turkish: Türk İşbirliği ve Koordinasyon İdaresi Başkanlığı, TİKA) is a government department of the Prime Ministry of Turkey.
