The volunteers of the "Digital Government" voluntary promotion program continue to work under the motto "Emergency Digital Assistance"
Volunteers of the "Digital Government" voluntary promotion program - realized by the mutual initiative of the E-GOV Development Center and ASAN School, and with the support of the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), continue to inform citizens about e-services at “ASAN service” centers located in Baku.
Based on surveys citizens express their attitude to the quality of electronic services provided in our country, mention the difficulties they encounter when using e-services. The activity of the program is implemented more effectively using tablets provided to the project with the support of KOICA.
Volunteers approaching citizens under the motto of “Emergency Digital Assistance” inform them about the electronic government services, electronic payments and support them with explaining the usage of these services.
