Registration conditions at ASAN Login are changing
From May 1, 2022, registration in the "ASAN Login" Single Sign-On System (https://asanlogin.my.gov.az/auth) will be possible only with video registration.
Video recording in the "ASAN Login", managed by the E-GOV Development Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been available to citizens since March 2021. To date, more than 100,000 applications have been received from citizens to register via video recording.
Video recording service based on artificial intelligence technology, such as face and voice recognition, allows citizens who do not have a mobile number in their name to register in the "ASAN Login".
The video recording process at “ASAN Login” takes 20 seconds. In the first 12 seconds, the system recognizes the face of the citizen, and in the next 8 seconds, the ID card is displayed on the screen in accordance with the rules. One or a few hours after the end of the video recording process, the citizen's application is approved.
At present, more than 2.4 million citizens are registered in the “ASAN Login” Single Sign-On System. 40 institutions and 80 systems, including “myGov”, “ASAN payment”, e-Agro", "e-customs", "Digital executive power", “Yolumuz Qarabagha”, as well as other systems and portals have been integrated into the system. By registering only in "ASAN Login", the citizen gets access to the services provided on all systems and portals integrated here from a single location. This prevents you from registering on different portals each time, remembering different usernames and passwords, and having trouble forgetting. As a result, the citizen has convenient and safe access to all public services with the same method of access by saving time.
If you have not yet registered in the “ASAN Login”, it is recommended to register in the video registration section by visiting https://asanlogin.my.gov.az/auth . You can get acquainted with the detailed instructional video on video recording: https://youtu.be/UCBVu2hyzv8
