Warning from the State Agency on the portal icaze.e-gov.az
The registered data on the "System for obtaining and monitoring permissions during the implementation of the special quarantine regime" is regularly analyzed by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the analysis, it was found that during the special quarantine regime violations of the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 124 of April 2, 2020 "On additional measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan" were committed while entering information about employees on the portal icaze.e-gov.az by officials of legal entities and individuals carrying out entrepreneurial activities without establishing a legal entity.
Legal entities and individuals who have committed such cases are required to revoke the permissions of the following persons from April 9, 2020, on the portal icaze.e-gov.az:
- persons who do not have a service or employment contract;
- other employees of private legal entities that are not allowed to continue their activities, except for employees required for protection and technical safety;
- employees over the age of 65 who are restricted from leaving their place of residence in the quarantine regime.
At the same time, legal entities and individuals are required to determine the number of employees who are required to continue their activities from the workplace during the special quarantine regime and delete the permissions of other employees from the portal who are not required to come to work and continue their activities from home.
From April 10, 2020, permissions that contradict the rules of the quarantine regime will be automatically revoked from the portal, as well as, law enforcement agencies will be notified about legal entities and individuals who do not comply with the above requirements.
