COVID-19 certificates are already in “myGov”
COVID-19 certificates have been integrated into the personal cabinet-based e-government portal “myGov.az”. Citizens can see COVID-19 immunity and COVID-19 vaccine certificates in the "My Data" section of the "myGov" portal. In addition, it is possible to see the relevant certificates by entering the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance in the "Institutions" section of the personal cabinet.
The results of the COVID-19 test, as well as the dates of the first and second doses have been sent to citizens through “myGov” personal cabinet.
Immunity certificate is issued to infected people during the last 6 months. Vaccine certificates are issued to citizens who have received the first and second doses of vaccine. The vaccine certificate contains the document number and date of issue, as well as the citizen's surname, name, date of birth, passport number, personal identification number (PIN), information about the first dose, the second dose and the QR code. The immunity certificate contains the document number and date of issue, citizen's surname, name, date of birth, passport number, personal identification number (PIN), test name, date of the last positive result, validity period and QR code.
“Android” and “iOS” users can also see COVID-19 immunity and COVID-19 vaccine certificates from the “myGov” mobile application. The E-GOV Development Center regularly conducts surveys among citizens on e-services, analyzes the collected opinions and suggestions, and carries out improvement work. As a result of the analysis of these opinions and suggestions, a number of innovations in the mobile application "myGov" were made available to citizens. Thus, a number of payments on the mobile application "ASAN payment" have been integrated into the mobile application "myGov”. Also, citizens have the opportunity to download real estate information in the "My real estate information" section of "myGov", a number of innovations have been introduced in the design of the mobile application.
