The first meeting of the Cyber Security Subgroup of the Executive Group on e-Government was held
The first meeting of the Cyber Security Subgroup established within the Executive Group on e-Government was held by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
At the event, deputy Head of the State Agency Ulduza Khalilova emphasized the importance of highlighting cyber security issues in the formation, management and mutual integration of state information resources and systems, and spoke about the importance of joint cooperation in this area.
In the first part of the event, Tural Mammadov, Chief of the Critical Infrastructure and Internet Security Department of the Special State Protection Service of Azerbaijan, gave a presentation on "Security measures in state information resources."
In the second part of the event, Professor Oh Byeongho, gave a presentation on "Korean Government's Support for the GDPR Response", and the members of the Executive Group were informed about it.
Later, Mahammad Rustamzadeh, a cyber-security specialist at the E-GOV Development Center, shared information on theoretical issues about the OWASP methodology and leak tests for web applications.
The Cyber Security Subgroup was formed as part of the Executive Group on e-Government established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1885 dated March 14, 2018. The group includes representatives of about 30 different state bodies.
